With sunnier weather comes the opportunity to paint stuff, and I’ve been looking for small projects and little things to makeover around the house.
I decided to paint these two little frames I had found at the thrift store and had hanging around for awhile. They had a cute little pair of needlepoint birds in them, but the frames were totally different colors.
To the rescue was the subtle ‘Antique Brass’ metallic paint by Rust-Oleum that I already had on hand. (Think: cousin to Oil Rubbed Bronze).
I’m pleased with little fixes that are simple, cheap, fast and make something old look better. More makeovers to come…
